Any movement on this or am I going to have to send this to the company executives and lawyers to have proper attention paid to this? This is my last polite request before I lose my patience with Comcast\Xfinity.
Beyond ridiculous, we've paid our bill in good faith for over 4 months now, and your company still can't turn our service back on because your billing system is so screwed up. We will want every penny back from your company that we paid in exchange for a useless internet connection.
