I thought everything had been taken care of as of last month?
We have not yet received a January bill, just got another collections notice yesterday and our service is still cut off.
This is getting ridiculous and severely harming any potential future business with Comcast/XFinity.
When can I expect our service to work again? Or should I proceed with early contract termination due to the inability of your company to provide us service again?
