We understand you are disconnecting services at one or more locations referenced in the attached document.
As part of the disconnect process, you may need to return equipment that was leased from Comcast Business after the disconnection date. If you need to return equipment, choose one of the two options below:
Via mail
We can ship you a pre-paid box. Simply place your equipment in the box and follow the instructions to arrange a pickup by UPS or drop it off at your nearest UPS store location within 30 days from receiving the pre-paid shipping box.
Or, by a Comcast Business technician
If you require assistance by a Comcast Business technician for removal of equipment, please contact me and we’ll discuss the next steps in the return process.
Customer responsibilities
- If you are switching to another provider, please make sure that your new services are activated prior to the completion of this disconnect order and that you have removed your connection from the Comcast Business equipment/port.
- If equipment is not returned within 30 days after the disconnect date, charges may be applied to your account for the manufacturer’s list price of the equipment.
- All voice service disconnections or changes to voice service disconnection dates must be placed through our Advanced Voice Service team at 1-877-794-0289 for SIP and PRI products or 1-877-794-0290 for BVE products
