Mr Norman, are you still our account rep? I haven't heard from you in months. We'd really like this fixed.
We sent a payment for 2 months in February since we never received a January bill from Comcast.
And our owed amount goes up? And we still don't have service? What is going on here?
Are our payments getting applied to the right account? Why can we not get this fixed once and for all?

If this isn't fixed by the end of the month, I'll be forced to hand this contract over to the bosses and they will be terminating it due to inability to provide us with services we have paid for and are continuing to pay for but are not reciving.
