  • Business Internet: Get the most out of your new Comcast Business Internet service with My Account and the Comcast Business App. Review support articles for helpful information on using your equipment and managing your service.
     
  • Ethernet: If you did not activate your service while our technician was on site, please call us at 844-963-0112. As a reminder, billing will begin the day activation is complete or within five (5) business days of the initial equipment installation, whichever is sooner. For helpful details about your Ethernet service, reference the welcome guide.
     
  • Business Voice: Learn more about your Comcast Business Voice features to help your business operate more efficiently and effectively. Access your service anytime, on any device with My Account and the Comcast Business App.
     
  • Business VoiceEdge: You have online resources and a customer support team ready to assist you with technical issues as you get familiar with your new service. Take a look at our online training, self-service videos, and support articles.
     
  • Business Trunks (PRI or SIP): Your PBX vendor will need to contact us at 844-963-0112 to complete the activation process. For helpful details about your Trunks service, reference the welcome guide.
     
  • SD-WAN and/or Managed Router: Now that your underlay service has been successfully installed, I will work with you to complete your ActiveCore installation and service test and acceptance. For more details on what to expect in the process, please reference the SD-WAN and Managed Router Installation Overview.
 
As a reminder, billing will begin the day activation is complete or within five business days of the initial equipment installation, whichever is sooner.
